Neil Harrison photographing Apley

You may have noticed someone on the Apley Farm Shop site taking photographs recently. It’s Neil Harrison who was recently recommended to me by the University of Wolverhampton. He’s taken some fabulous shots of the Walled Gardens, all the activities going on at the Farm Shop site & recently, he covered the launch of the Third Apley Archives Exhibition.

Neil has been a very keen photographer for 3 decades so after 25 years service in the Armed Forces,  he decided to turn my passion of photography into his new job. He loves recording a moment in time, whether it be a wedding or a cheeky squirrel (for which he uses his big wildlife lens). Last week, when I’ve received a recent batch of his photos, my jaw dropped when I saw this photo of the silhouetted squirrel. What a good eye he has – & perhaps a good lens !
