Wreaths, decorations, wood craft demonstrations & warming café Christmas lunches

Christmas is fast approaching – 10 days to go ! Apley Farm Shop has lots of Christmas wreaths (£13-£15 each) & table decorations (£6 each) for sale, as well as Apley’s own holly for £2.95 per bunch.

This coming weekend, 20-21 Dec, Neill Mapes is back in the Courtyard making his wonderful wooden reindeer 9.30-4pm on both days. Chat to him about his work whilst watching him carve wooden spoons. It’s a great opportunity to watch a Shropshire craftsman at work & hear about their passion. His reindeer & kindle Christmas trees range from £20-£45.

Make a day of it & stop for an excellent value Christmas lunch in The Creamery. We have a great festive menu, with healthy local ingredients & generous portions. Our fixed price Christmas menu is available from 12–3pm (weekdays) & 12-2.30pm on Sundays.  Two courses cost £13.95, three courses £16.95.

On our menu, we have traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings (of course), Apley pheasant casserole (Gaivn’s favourite) with Apley Walled Garden root vegetables, salted & caramel chocolate tart (my favourite !) & traditional Apley Christmas pudding made by our own Baker Julie (which our children love !).
