If you’re a foodie at heart, pick up some of these heart shaped Hereford beef steaks (butterflied fillets or sirloins), cut in half & share with your Valentine to make the perfect romantic meal at home. From our grocery department, combine it with Apley Walled Garden leeks or curly kale, both in season now. To go perfectly with steak, pick up some local potatoes to enjoy sautéed. These can be collected from the Butcher in Apley Farm Shop on Friday 13^th & Saturday 14^th February 2014.
