In with the Apley motto Taste, Discover, Enjoy, Gilly Clayton invites you to TASTE new food, DISCOVER culinary ideas & ENJOY discussing delicious seasonal food on the 2015 programme for the Apley Cookery Club. The first session is very soon, this Saturday coming, 7 March – so read on, find your oven gloves & get in touch !

Travel with Gilly on a cook’s seasonal journey with demonstrations, guest speakers & tastings, discovering the history of food & picking up new cookery tips. Each session has a different theme whether it be seasonal or specialist. A cookery club for all seasons ! 

£20 per person per session includes a buffet lunch, demonstration, tastings & recipe booklet. Places are limited & pre booking is essential so buffet lunch can be prepared. Taking place in the Conference Room on the first Saturday of every month in 2015, it’ll run 10.30 – 12.30pm.
