The lovely courtyard shopping at Apley Farm Shop includes the Apley Plant Centre which looks prettier every time I visit, full of plants to delight every Shropshire gardener. Melanie & Gaye who run it have just sent me this photo & news:

“We have a wide variety of exciting stock for our customers to peruse. Large chrysanthemums in bud & flower, beautifully exotic orchids which can be surprisingly easy to look after & can make the perfect gift. Hydrangeas abundant in bloom & colour, as are our Japanese Anemone Collection, great for late colour within the garden. Grasses in full plume able to provide colour, texture & movement within any planting scheme especially at this time of year. A select range of quality plant containers on sale also to provide our customers with a variety of choice. Plenty of garden delights to interest our customers.“
