It’s National Pie Week (Mon 7—Sun 13 March) our head chef at Apley Farm Shop has been extra busy making these steak, ale & kidney pies as well as several others. This is Dish of the Week, served with buttered mash & Shropshire carrots—£8.95.

Cheese of the week is vignotte triple cream cheese

at £1.52 per 100g.

Julie’s Cake of the Week is Lemon Bakewell Tart (£2.50 in the cafe, £1.50 in the shop).

On the Apley Home Farm, Adrian has been calving cows, fertilising crops & fencing around new trees in Apley Park (to protect them from the cattle who graze there).

Big Little Things are holding a Floral Easter basket design class next Saturday, 19 March 2016.  Email them on hello@biglittlethings.co.uk or call 07811 343 558 to book your place.

The Apley Cookery Club today is cancelled but the next one is on Sat 16 April. Contact Gilly Clayton on 07837 83 58 54 for details.

Don’t miss the Bridgnorth Vintage Machinery rally tomorrow – starting & finishing at Apley Farm Shop.
