Apley butcher’s new stir fries included a pork & ginger one we’ll try at home on Monday & a piri piri chicken one we’ll have on Thursday (we don’t usually have stir fries twice a week, but they looked so good today, I couldn’t resist buying two!).

As the girls rode at home this morning (another blissful June morning) after a busy competition day yesterday, some of the Cosford Air Show aeroplanes turned on our house, giving us fantastic views. The National RAF Museum is not far away at Cosford.

The craft fair had some lovely stalls including beautiful sparkly scarves which go with everything, jewellery, mini chest of drawers, Daisy Blue handmade felt bean bags & The Crafty Skylark who make amazing unique presents by folding or cut the pages of books.

In the shop, I spotted Lora’s display for Image on Food – animal shaped biscuits iced with images.

I met up with Beth, our new Marketing Assistant, who has finished her first week. She setup the craft fair, will enter Lisa in the National Cupcake Competition later this  week & was all we need for our stall at the 2-day Shrewsbury Food Festival 25-26 June.
