Apley Delicatessen is preparing for its big cheese launch on Saturday 23 July, 9:30-5:30pm.

Lora & Donna have been on a cheese training course & returned to Apley Farm Shop to share their cheesey knowledge with the rest of their team. They’ll have free tasters of over 45 cheeses to offer customers.

Already launched are the Apley Wedding Cheese Cakes which I blogged on 18 May. We’re having an extra cheesey time as we’re also about to begin Apley Cheese Tasting Courses this Autumn-Winter in November, January & February. More on that very soon.
