I just had this lovely sausage feedback recently: “Visited your farm shop on Saturday for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. Had breakfast and browsed around. Wow. Bought some of your sausage of the week pork with apricot and tarragon. They were delicious only to be topped by the burgers. I have got stir fry to try tomorrow. Can’t wait to try it. Will definitely be returning.”

We held Venetia’s birthday party last week (thankfully a gorgeous July day with 22deg) & of course we offered parents & children Apley Butcher sausages. The compliments were as numerous as those they received when we offered them at a party we recently gave at home.
