Foods not to miss this week at Apley Farm Shop:

Cheese of the Week:  Cheddar gorge, £19/kg. Also, don’t miss Deli Donna’s truffle infused brie !

Sausage of the week:  Spicy pork & pumpkin £5.95 per kilo

Dish of the week: Shropshire venison casserole. Slow roasted in port with walnuts & bacon served with juniper braised red cabbage & mashed potato. £10.00

Cake of the week: Pumpkin muffins £3.00

9 vegetables in season in November: Red cabbage, potatoes, kale, white cabbage, Spring green cabbage, leeks, Brussels sprouts, carrots & cauliflower (pretty similar in Dec Jan Feb March)
