Abraham Darby saxophonists at Apley Farm Shop tomorrow

Abraham Darby saxophonists at Apley, Sept 2015
Apley Farm Shop’s courtyard will jingle tomorrow with the sound of eight of Abraham Darby Academy’s saxophonists, 12-2pm. They range from soprano to baritone & will be playing fun festive & seasonal music. It will be a real honour to hear them at Apley, being just back from the Royal Albert Hall, where they played in the Music For Youth Proms on 15 November – click HERE to read more & prepare to be very impressed ! If you miss them at Apley tomorrow, they’re also back next Sunday too, 11 Dec, again 12-2pm.
They’ve been to Apley a few times in the past, all being very talented & led by Elizabeth Blakeman. Leah Bates works in Pigg’s Playbarn is 1 of the musicians & the saxophone is just 1 of the 7 instruments she plays.
