First Apley butchery course tomorrow

It’s “All about lamb” on 9 & 10 Jan, on Monday with a meal, on Tuesday without. Then next week, it’s “All about pork” on 16 & 17 Jan (again, with meal Mon, without Tues). And finally on 23 & 24 Jan, it’s “All about beef”. You can pay for these with gift vouchers, available via our online shop.

Spot the typo – 5-9pm is a 4hr course, not 5hrs !
