Don’t miss the rare chance to improve your butchery skills & spice up your January evenings. Bob is running an ‘All about Pork’ course (with meal) 5-9pm for £90 on the  butchery counter & in the Creamery Cafe on Monday 16 Jan. The same course but without a meal will run 5-7pm on Tuesday 17 January.

‘All about beef’ with a meal is on Mon 23 Jan & ‘All about beef’ without a meal will be on Tues 24 Jan, with the same timings as for the pork course. Our leaflet with full details is below.
