Ironbridge Walking Festival walkers at Apley Farm Shop
Ironbridge Walking Festival walkers will be at Apley Farm Shop on Sunday 5 March & Sunday 7 May.
They’re walking 21 miles on Sun 7 May, on a route which passes by Apley Farm Shop’s Creamery Café & which crosses some of the Apley Estate land (by special permission).

The official walk description is: “A circular 16 mile walk to the Apley Farm Shop. It is 11 miles out via some spectacular viewpoints with a most welcome drink in the Creamery at the Apley Farm Shop. Then it is a gentle 5 miles back to the Iron Bridge”. To see the route, click HERE.
Practice walk: They’ll be doing a 21 mile practice walk on Sun 5 Mar, dropping in at Apley Farm Shop approx. 11h15. They will then have 6.5 miles around the Estate (by special permission), using their planned route, expecting to return to Apley Farm Shop c. 14:15 and then 5 miles back to their cars at the Ironbridge car park.
Real thing: The actual walk (during the Walking Festival) will be on Sun 7 May, dropping in at Apley Farm Shop for approx. 11h30. They’ll stay approx. 30 mins in café before heading off to complete the route.
