This week’s Dish of the week is Caldo Verde – Portuguese cabbage soup made with smokey chorizo & local Maris piper potatoes, £4.75

Cheese of the week on the delicatessen counter is Quicke’s Rustic Cheddar cheese £2.34 per 100g.

Sausage of the week from Bob the Butcher is lamb & apricot, 59p per 100g.

Cake of the week in our very own Apley bakery is Bakewell flapjack £1.97 per slice.
