2014-08-28-eko-sleepover-2 2014-08-28-eko-sleepover-6 eko-sleepover img_1769Bag your place & your sleeping bag for a sought-after place on this year’s EKO sleepover in Pigg’s Playbarn (Apley Farm Shop, TF11 9EF), 3-4 August.

Suitable for 6yrs+, drop off will be at 10.30am on Thursday 3rd August with collection 24 hours later at 10.30am on Friday 4th August.

Imagine spending the whole day outdoors in the woods with other children; playing fun team games, learning bushcraft skills, using hand tools & natural resources to create & construct, building dens, lighting campfires & cooking your own meal over the embers; having time & space to imagine, explore, wonder & create.

Then, when it begins to get dark, we come inside & play amongst the slides & climbing frames of Pigg’s Playbarn before unpacking our sleeping bag & settling down, midst the same slides & frames, for a bed time story & some well earned sleep.

In the morning, we eat a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast in the Apley Farm Shop’s Creamery Cafe before heading back to the woods for more fun games & imaginative creations before collection time.

To book online, click HERE. Click HERE for more information. Max 24 places. £35 per child. Suitable for children over 6 yrs old. For queries, call 07876 658 467.

The booking form & kit list will be available very soon on EKO’s website – just click Educating Kids Outdoors.
