EKO sleepover in Pigg’s Playbarn, 3-4 August

Bag your place & your sleeping bag for a sought-after place on this year’s EKO sleepover in Pigg’s Playbarn (Apley Farm Shop, TF11 9EF), 3-4 August.

Suitable for 6yrs+, drop off will be at 10.30am on Thursday 3^rd August with collection 24 hours later at 10.30am on Friday 4^th August.

Imagine spending the whole day outdoors in the woods with other children; playing fun team games, learning bushcraft skills, using hand tools & natural resources to create & construct, building dens, lighting campfires & cooking your own meal over the embers; having time & space to imagine, explore, wonder & create.

Then, when it begins to get dark, we come inside & play amongst the slides & climbing frames of Pigg’s Playbarn before unpacking our sleeping bag & settling down, midst the same slides & frames, for a bed time story & some well earned sleep.

In the morning, we eat a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast in the Apley Farm Shop’s Creamery Cafe before heading back to the woods for more fun games & imaginative creations before collection time.

In conjunction with Pigg’s Playbarn, EKO also run birthday parties on the Skylark Nature Trail (at Apley Farm Shop). They also run school holiday clubs.
