Dough news first – Swifts Bakery of Ludlow have made 3 delicious Apley breads:

• Apley Ale Bread
• Sundried tomato, black pepper & Apley Cheshire Cheese bread
• Apley honey & spelt bread
  £2.50 each. All have 10% off this weekend – if you’re too late, it’ll all have gone !

Next for the cheesey news – Martin Moyden has just won gold award (in the Artisan Cheese Awards) for the Apley Cheshire Cheese he makes for us. He uses the original Apley recipe, used 1956-65 on the site of the farm shop. Try it on our Apley Delicatessen counter.
