Just thought I’d share these lovely photos by Steve Watts from yesterday’s Apley Bake Off. We were so lucky to have had perfect weather for it – 18 deg & sunny. Huge thanks to our staff & amazing masterclass hosts who were all wonderful, sharing their skills making cookies, scones & fruit crumble (The Good Food School) on 07785184204; risotto by a Shropshire Lad, aka Adam Purnell; bread with Phil Harrison of Just Bread; decorating butterfly cakes with Sara Kearney Catering on 07969 59 18 85; making tropical crepes, Caribbean fruit chow & banana fritters with Sabrina Zeif of Kitchen Thyme.  The competition cake entries were wonderful & mouth watering !
