Edible flowers are arriving in abundance from Apley Walled Gardens straight onto our customers plates in the Creamery Cafe. I was just enjoying a quick flick through BBC Good Food Magazine where I spotted this article raving about edible flowers, when Gavin walked into the kitchen laden with plums, melons & [you’ve guessed it!] edible flowers – all from Apley Walled Garden.They look stunning & add a peppery taste to any summer salad. Hard to find anywhere else, but available at Apley Farm Shop & for national delivery.
