Awesome celebration cakes

Sara Speirs makes amazing celebration cakes (weddings, birthdays, christenings etc) when she’s not working at Apley Farm Shop. Just look at this one she very kindly made for our twin daughters who (I can hardly believe this) just turned 17 last week. On Sunday night as I left Shropshire, I realised I’d forgotten the cake (I can’t believe that either!) & mentioned it in passing to our General Manager. As a total surprise Sara made this for them – they adore it – 3 slices disappeared within the first 10 mins !
