I’m just changing the packaging. It won’t be quite as smart, but it will be less expensive, so help keep the price as low as possible.
Next season begins 1 Nov (really 1 Oct, but on the Apley Estate we start pheasant shooting on 1 Nov), so once again we will have pheasant smoked as freshly as possible. When it’s out of season, we smoked raw breasts which have been frozen until we need them.
We’ve entered 3 awards – Great Taste, Eat Game & British Charcuterie. More news on those asap.
