Shropshire-based Caribbean chef Sabrina Zeif, founder of Kitchen Thyme & The Menopause Chef has just made this delicious new recipe using Apley Estate’s very own, unique Smoked Pheasant. Apart from tasting fabulous, it’s always super quick & easy to prepare. Here Sabrina has served it on a bed of lemon, quinoa & sweet pepper salad & drizzled with peppercorn sauce. I love the blend of this game product with her Trinidadian style !
